Product Description
The hydraulic pultrusion production line is controlled by PLC, has LCD, and is a complete production unit integrating hydraulic reciprocating traction and pneumatic fixed-length cutting. The overall unit consists of a creel, dipping tank, mold table, reciprocating tractor, cutting saw, product support rack, control system, etc. It is equipped with various molds and can produce profiles with different cross-sectional sizes, such as rectangular tubes, wire troughs, round rods, I-beams, angle, square tubes, round tubes, solid bars, hollow panels, cable trays, bridges, photovoltaic brackets, photovoltaic frames, etc.

·The hydraulic cylinder seals are imported, and the hydraulic system uses a low-noise, energy-saving variable pump.
·With automatic alarm for oil temperature and oil level faults.

·Using gear and rack for transverse cutting, pneumatic pressing, and pneumatic tracking, and the cutting blade is a toothless saw blade.
