Product Description
1. The body of the tower is made of FRP (fiber reinforced plastics), and its surface is bonded by gel coat resin, it has aging-resistant, corrosion resistant and beautiful & smooth surface etc characteristics.
2. The fan can be made of aluminum alloy or FRP, it has large wind volume, low noise, high efficiency, stable running, long service life etc characteristics.
3. The motor is the special motor which can be used outdoor, it has energy saving, high efficiency etc properties, the speed reducer is the special used for the cooling tower.
4. The filler is new type and high efficiency, it has water distribution is uniform, small wind resistance and high temperature resistant etc characteristics.
5. The steel support adopts advanced galvanization process, it has excellent corrosion resistant property.
6. Because the cooling tower can be installed by assembly, the volume of water treatment can be increased manyfold, but the land which be used for the cooling tower is small.
Force-undertaking structure of tower body: It is steel framework, it's self-oscillation frequency is 12Hz, and the maximum swing is 0.09mm when running. The steel framework be hot-dip galvanized after dust--removing carefully. The fasteners are with SS316L material.
Panel board of tower body(FRP):it is made of xylene unsaturated polyester resin and fiberglass, top coat be added light stabilizer to form anti-ageing colorful gel coat layer, the inner surface is resin-rich layer, and it's curing degree is more than 80%, bend strength is more than 147MPa, for structural layer, it's resin content is 55%~60%, barcol hardness is more than 30, and oxygen index is more than 28.
Ventiduct: Adopt energy-saving kinetic energy recovery type ventiduct which made with SMC process, the color of the surface is even, and it's material is polyester FRP, it is light weight, high strength, the distribution for airflow is reasonable, and has good corrosion-resistant property.
Drift eliminator plays a role of reducing or eliminating the drift which is from the wet and hot air be discharged from cooling tower, to avoid water & reek pollution for ambient environment and the icing in winter, it is water saving device. We adopt high efficiency, low resistance WAVE 160-45 drift eliminator, the material of sheet is fire retardant PVC, and for the support and loop bar are ABS. It's water eliminating ratio can be over 99.99%. the space between two sheets is 35mm, the thickness of basic sheet is≥1.0mm, and index of oxygen is ≥28. the physical and chemical properties of the sheet can meet DL/T742-2001 Technical condition for plastic parts of cooling tower.
Fan:it's material is epoxy FRP, and it's blade is angle-adjustable airfoil type. The aerodynamic force of the fan is reasonable, big wind volume, high efficiency, low noise, corrosion resistant. The coupling on the two ends of high speed rotation transmission shaft is membrane type, there is not support in it's centre, and set a device for limiting the shaft, to make the transmission shaft is controlled when there is a accident. The continuous running of the fan is more than 8000 hours.
Speed reducer:Every rolling bearing of speed reducer be procured from certified supplier, and the design service life of continuous running is not less than eight (8) years, the noise of the fan is less than 85dB(A), the maximum value of vibration intensity of gear box is ≤5mm. Low noise, high efficiency, reliable oil lubricating, convenient maintenance.
Motor:YST type outdoor horizontal Converter Motor, it's energy-saving is remarkable, when there is icing in winter, turn on the fan in opposite direction at low speed, the temperature within the tower is high, so the ice will be removed.
Packing:Adopt "S" wave type, it's material is high temperature resistant, modified fire retardant PVC, the index of oxygen is ≥30, the rigidity of filler sheet is big, and surface area is large, so, it has good ability to redistribute the water, the formation of water membrane is even, etc characteristics. The total height of the filler is 1500mm. it can meet DL/T742-2001Technical condition for plastic parts of cooling tower.
