Product Description

FRP Rebar Machine Technical Information
     The machine is mainly used to produce FRP Rebar of various specifications. The machine can automatically complete slitting, impregnation, performing, winding, heating and curing, traction, fixed-length cutting, and collection and stacking.

I. Structure principle
This unit mainly consists of a yarn frame, dipping tank, winding, oven, traction machine, cutting saw and stacking device.
1, Yarn frame: placing yarn mass, using steel plate, steel pipe, and angle steel welded structure.
2, Dipping tank: welded with stainless steel material, with a pressure roller inside to make the roving fully impregnated in resin.
3, Winding device: Adopt a gear drive to drive the thread roller to rotate around the product and wind out the thread. Adopt frequency conversion speed control mode, the speed is stepless adjusted.
4, Winding device: Adopt gear drive to push down the winding tape wound on top of the FRP bar to form the thread Adopt frequency conversion speed control mode, the speed is steplessly adjusted.
5, Oven: Adopt a stainless steel tube heater and intelligent temperature control instrument to control temperature. The heater box adopts a split structure, which can be easily opened to clean up the dripping resin and filled with heat insulation and heat preservation material inside.
6, Automatic tracking cutting saw: It can cut the FRP bars on the production line online at a fixed length according to specific requirements.
7, Product stacking device: fiberglass reinforcement is stacked after cutting taken away, and yarded by production staff.
